A harder hit bends track and hinges as well as the skin.
Fix: Look at the whole door. A panel on its own won't fix a twisted opening.
Corrosion from the bottom up
Steel skin rusting where the bottom seal holds damp against it. More common near the water.
Fix: Panel replacement, and a new bottom seal so it doesn't come back.

- Find the manufacturer plate inside the door so the model can be matched
